    Those people should be arrested on the grounds of public indecency or more appropriately arrested on the grounds of indecency in an inappropriate place. Banks should also fine people misbehaving in their atms with clear cut evidence like that. ATMs are meant only for taking your money and checking your balance and not abusing it like this when the banks made the atm room more comfortable for our convenience. Banks can easily fine people a minimum of Rs 10000 for this misbehavior as whoever misbehaves in the atm will be caught red handed as they have to scan their atm card to get in and they are time stamped so no way out for violators as there will be both video evidence and atm card scan evidence. I really hope banks crack down on these people as this is an insult to our state and country.
